Employment Interview

Please list position(s) for which you are applying:

Head of Psychiatry

Please explain why you are applying for the position(s):

I wish to further the work in my field of study and I feel that a remote setting and an intimate patient base would be the best environment in which to accomplish this.

Why do you feel you would be the best candidate for the position(s)?:

I possess qualifications above and beyond what is necessary to function in a facility such as Highgrove. Furthermore, I am a published author in the psychiatric community, and have accumulated a number of years of experience working with adult and adolescent patients both. Simply put, I am the best candidate for this position.

Do you posses the necessary qualifications for the position(s) for which you are applying? If yes, please list them below:

As I have stated, I am more than qualified for this position, holding a doctorate in psychiatry, and having many years of privately funded research under my belt. I have specialised in the fields of body language and microexpressions, immersive psychotherapy and pharmaceutical applications in therapy. All of this information is included in the enclosed resume, which I believe you will find more than satisfactory.

What other qualifications or skills do you possess which you feel will aid your performance in the chosen position(s)?:

I have been working in the psychiatric community since I recieved my doctorate, and for a number of years before the completion of my education. I am more than able to appropriately act and react to psychiatric patients of all types, and I am more than qualified to choose and prescribe the best possible medications for any patient.

Have you worked in this type of position or facility before? If so, where and when?:

Yes. I have been working at a privately funded psychiatric and pharmaceutical facility in baton Rouge, Louisiana. I also own and manage a small psychiatric clinic in upstate New York. Prior to this, I was engaged in study and work at a privately funded facility in New Orleans. I have more than enough experience for this position.

Please describe your most recent employment experiences, including your positions there, company names, and locations:

As I detailed above, much of my work and study has been conducted in Louisiana, though I have spent some time abroad at affiliated facilities from time to time. My employer, since I graduated, as been Crane Pharmaceuticals. Further details may be found in the enclosed resume.

How do you think your previous education and employment experiences will aid your performance within the chosen position(s)?:

Invaluably.

Psychological Evaluation

Please describe yourself to the best of your ability, in only five words. ('And' will not count towards these.):

Efficient, Dedicated, Driven, Insightful and Experienced.

What methods would you employ in order to relax during times of stress, and how effective do you think these have been in the past?:

The very methods that a rational and reasonable man ought.

Please list three traits about yourself that you consider negative, and three traits about yourself that you consider positive. Explain these choices if necessary:

Dwelling on the negative is the pasttime of the weak of mind and spirit. Positive traits that I possess would include my strong work ethic, my dedication to the cause, and my flexibility in my approach to patient care on a case-by-case basis.

Describe one event in your life that you would change if you could, and why:

I would not change a thing.

If a superior gave you a task to complete, to which you were wholly, morally opposed, what would you do?:

I would not complete it. I would find an alternative and discuss the options with my superior in depth until a compromise was met.

If you caught a friend and co-worker stealing from your place of employment, breaking rules, and/or endangering the safety of others, what would you do?:

I would report them or fire them immediately.

Environmental Screening

Where did you grow up, and what was it like there?:

I grew up as the son of a high-ranking Naval Officer. As such, I moved frequently from place to place and country to country. I feel this experience earned me my ability to adapt to changing situations and to read people with an objective and rational approach.

What are/were your social interactions like? Do/did you have many friends and/or relationships?:

My social interactions were always appropriate for the situation. I favoured my studies and my career over maintaining friendships for a number of years. My friends are all within the psychiatric community. I am not married, and nor do I plan to be.

What prompted you to pursue the career path you are now following?:

My passion for psychiatry and my drive to be the best in my field.

Were you ever a member of the armed forces or of a law enforcement or security agency? If yes, please list rank and branch, or company name and location:

No.

Do/Did you ever abuse controlled substances, including but not limited to alcohol, prescription medications, street drugs and tobacco?:

No. ((This is a flagrant and ridiculous lie!))

Have you ever been convicted of a crime? If yes, please list conviction(s) and served sentence(s) below:

No.

Out Of Character Section

Is there anything your character isn't telling us? Do you have more information to add about your character that they would not tell the representative about? Please explain below:

Whoooo... Where to begin? For a start, Bjorgen is a cocaine addict through and through, amongst other indulgences. He has worked for a company called Crane Pharmaceuticals since he graduated, working in somewhat dubious fields both in the US and abroad. He would deny that he works for them still, and that too would be a flagrant lie. he continues to keep in touch with Crane Pharmaceuticals head honchos, who may or may not have their beady eyes trained on Highgrove.
