The West Wing
Not for the faint of heart, the disused west wing is supposed to be off limits to residents. It is made up of a labyrinthine network of passages and disused rooms and wards, since the home's funding was slashed in the fifties.

The Canal
Grove End is a small waypoint on one of England's many crisscrossing canals. During the summer, boaters like to stop here for lunch at the pub, or to take in the ambiance of the old village. In the off season, the canal offers a quiet and quaint place to take walks with that special someone, or with Man's Best Friend.

Only open on weekends and the first Thursday of the month, the market place hosts all the farm fruit and vegetable stands, a butcher's stand, and a cattle market.
